Too Faced Co-Founder and Creative Director Jerrod Blandino’s expertise and enthusiasm are both electric and contagious.  As the leader behind one of the most innovative prestige cosmetic lines on the market, Jerrod has influenced the industry worldwide by capturing his client’s hearts and inspiring them with his personal philosophy that can be summed up in three signature words: Flirtatious. As the driving force behind the Too Faced brand, Jerrod takes a uniquely hands on approach leading all aspects of day-to-day creative development.  Personally responsible for leading all of Too Faced’s many artistic endeavors, Jerrod scours the globe in search of innovative ingredients to infuse into products and the intricate style details that serve as references for his retro-inspired, luxurious packaging.

Jerrod founded Too Faced Cosmetics in 1998 with his partner, Jeremy Johnson, Too Faced CEO.  Armed with simply a credit card, his makeup kit and a dream,  Jerrod became discontent with the lack of creativity, color and innovation on the market.  Identifying this niche, he set out to launch an artistic brand, not an artistry brand with the goal of  taking the mystery out of makeup and offering foolproof beauty options that would allow real women to become as gorgeous as they dared to dream.  

Today, Too Faced is globally recognized as a brand that pushes boundaries and sets industry trends.  Inspired by fearless femininity, iconic style and nostalgic beauty, Jerrod offers his Too Faced fans affordable luxuries in which they revel in indulging.   

Inspired by his sister Lisa who has been battling (and winning) the fight against skin cancer, Jerrod has created an expansive assortment of best-selling bronzers that has established Too Faced as a leader in the sun-alternative category.  His personal fight for the safe “fake bake”,  has resulted in both award-winning products, and the creation of the Love Lisa Melanoma Research Foundation Grant in support of skin cancer research.  Revolutionizing the industry with a roster of fabulous firsts, Too Faced has gained recognition for launching the original lip plumper (Lip Injection), cutting-edge tubing mascaras (Lash Injection, Pinpoint) and the first glitter eye shadow (Ooh & Aah) which all remain worldwide favorites.

Jerrod has since grown into a reknowned lifestyle expert that the press flock to for advice, tips and the insightful “Jerrodisms” that have become his signature trademark.  His endearing approach to women’s beauty issues, clever commentary and his artistic eye have made him an beauty media darling.  He is regularly interviewed by beauty editors while his approachable, on-camera personality has landed him segments on MTV, VH-1, STYLE Network and all the major networks.  Jerrod most recently secured the role as creator and host of “Beauty School” on E’s The Daily Ten.
